At Whisperfy, we stand by the quality and durability of our soundproof pods. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty for all structural and furniture components of your pod.

1. Frame Warranty 5 Years

The structural frame of your Whisperfy pod is covered by a 5 year warranty. This includes the top, bottom, wall panels, and glass components.

Because our pods are modular, individual components like the left or right wall panel, or front or back glass, can be replaced if they are damaged or deformed due to normal indoor use during the warranty period. Damage from mishandling, improper installation, or transport is not covered.

2. Furniture and Electrical Warranty 1 Year

All internal furniture elements and electrical sockets are covered by a 1 year warranty. This includes seating, built in lighting, ventilation fans, USB sockets, and power outlets.

If any electrical or furniture component fails damaged within the first year of use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
For seating, if damage occurs, we will assess the extent and may replace the entire sofa unit if necessary. Please note that we do not offer fabric only replacements.

3. Future Model Updates

Our sofa designs may change in future models. While replacement parts will be available for current models, new designs may not be compatible with earlier versions. We guarantee availability for replacement parts for at least 7 years from the purchase date, at fair market prices.
