All sales conducted by Whisperfy, a brand of Shopexis BV, registered in Belgium (Company Number: BE 1019.120.008).

1. Scope of Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By placing an order with Whisperfy, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and not as a consumer.

2. No Returns Accepted

All sales are final. We do not accept returns of any products once delivered, unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to the transaction.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The goods are materially defective or damaged upon arrival, and

  • You notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, including supporting evidence (such as photographs, delivery notes, and serial numbers), and

  • The defect or damage is not due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or external factors after delivery.

Where these conditions are met and verified, Shopexis BV may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a refund, or

  • Replace the defective item(s), or

  • Offer an appropriate credit note.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of business needs

  • Mistaken or duplicate orders

  • Goods damaged after delivery or due to mishandling by the buyer

4. Risk and Inspection

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect all goods immediately upon receipt and to notify us of any issues within 48 hours, as outlined above.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy and all related transactions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
